New versions of MPCL (11.0.2) and UESQLC (0.10.0). |

Release 0.10.0 of UESQLC. Removed the old PostgreSQL 6.2.x CDML and substituted by a more current and
correct version. Added support on Java for SQL TIMESTAMP. Removed auto-commit at the end of UESQL
blocks, so the commit must be done manually. Fixed the bad use of the term "schema" instead of
"catalog". Many internal enhancements and fixes.

Release 0.9.4 of UESQLC. Added a command line
modifier to check the syntax without generating
code. The support for JAVA standard types has
been enhanced. Added support for compiling
multiple source files at a time. Added support
for qualified identifiers the function parameters
of embedded expressions. Fixed a bug about not
escaping some symbols. Added proper support for
rollbacks in JAVA. Removed the command line
argument '--output'. It now stripes the path and
'.uesql' from the input file name to get the
output file name. The libraries are now included
with LGPL license. Many internal enhancements and
fixes.

for declaring dynamically search conditions. They
can be used to alleviate the not-supported prepared
statements, because they can create search
conditions incrementally (which is the most common
use for prepared statements). Other enhancements
on JAVA side.
